Job Title: Application Developer/Support - Level III
Location: Tulsa or Salt Lake City
The Services Scheduler Developer/Support position is a completely new position whose duties will evolve during the course of the application implementation
Position Duties during initial implementation:
•Serve as member of the project implementation team, working under the direction of the Project Manager
•Develop a firm understanding of the company's service operations
•Receive training on the administration and configuration tools of the various technology products as required.
•Collaborate with software vendor and business users to define requirements and processes
•Provide technical support in the areas of data migration or validation; testing, training, and troubleshooting activities; defining appropriate security models; administering user security and access; and hardware/server environments
•Assist in defining and implementing a quoting and job definition capability built on top of MS CRM
•Create integration packages in MS Biztalk to integrate the scheduler, the quoting package, and various existing TDW job costing and MRP/ERP platforms
•Collaborate with and support other IT personnel located around the world
•The above duties may periodically require travel in and outside of the US
Position Duties after implementation:
•Provide "Tier 2" support to the user-based support organization(s)
•Evaluate enhancement requests along with operations and management, and implement approved enhancements either independently and/or alongside the vendor
•Coordinate upgrades and patches
•Train and mentor others in the IT organization as needed in MS CRM, MS Biztalk, and other technologies related to the project
Successful applicant will have or quickly develop these skills and experience:
•.Net development in an MS SQL environment
•MS CRM configuration and customization
•MS BizTalk integrations
•Process Modeling, Business Requirements gathering
•Project Management
•Scheduling application experience
•Service business experience
Bachelors or Associates degree in IT or related field preferred, Must be able to periodically travel domestically and internationally.
The person will become the Information Technology Subject Matter Expert for services scheduling, as well as the developer/support person for the scheduler application.
