SL4BIZ - Silverlight 4

This session will be focused on explaining in detail the actual capabilities
of the Silverlight Technology, focused on the just published 4.0 version. Here
we will see which components and techniques are the most important for
architecting and developing business applications for Silverlight we will have a
quick overview of SL technology, its capabilities respect to Business
applications, we will code an application to showcase some of the most important
features, showcase some other capabilities and state some of the futures about
what is to come from next version(s).
Who is this session for?
It is focused for developers & Software architects but anybody with
interest in Silverlight technology will be able to join.What will you get from
this session?
A basic understanding of Silverlight technology (in case you
don’t have this right now), a good understanding of its capabilities for
developing Business applications, a practical point of view from the coding
sessions and a good understanding of how they work after seeing almost all of
them running. Also we will have some futures so you will get to know the actual
and "possible" roadmap for this exciting technology.
Also we will have some final minutes dedicated to Q&A.

Jose Luis Latorre is an INETA Europe Speaker, Microsoft MVP
& also has been working with Silverlight since its version 1.0… He is
actually highly focused in Silverlight technology with focus on architecture and
development and is a Silverlight technology specialized trainer, which he is
offering through his company, Brainsiders.
